hey mates,
we've all been busy with our own lives, i know.
our own friends, own hangouts and stuff. we hardly have time for our band. =i can honestly say our band's totally dead. i've stopped on my guitar for long.
recently i've started again. but, it's sad to say, it ain't for the band.
cos i'm totally clueless on when we're actually gonna jam or anything again.
this time i've started again, it's for my guy's band.
i'm playing for them. but i made no promises.
i told them if i'm still lousy, i'd rather not be permenant.
i'm sorry to say that i'm sort of in their band now.
and i'm having a feeling that i won't be lousy cos they'd push me.
they'll make sure i'm good with them too.
hope to hear from when we'll be hanging out soon to talk about next jamming and stuff.

I'm sorry, and I want to say, I'm half-sane, half-hearted, half-awake and half-filled.
sometimes, I've got the thought of giving up on us.
honestly, we've all forgotten about the significance of the 16th, that we're to make Jasper proud, and that we've to do ourselves some justice too.
I mean, we can't just stand there, hoppin' around, doing nothing, we've got to try.
and I guess, we all are just too busy, along with our own lives and going about our own routines.
I've made my mistake, and I want very much for us to all hold on and keep going.

lol words cant say how cool our band first year was. although it did not include fancy parties or gifts or even the most expected movie outings, it was as fantastic as it could get. we all went jamming as a band and yes as you have read i also meant the mysterious cheryl. she too really wasnt so bad as i though she was. with cheryl in the room, we finally completed our very first song 'i dont wanna know'. pure adreanaline people. we used to get stuck halfway or jus stumble to the beginning again, but somehow this time we pull through and even manage to practice afew times for cheryl to record. you just have to be there to feel the energy..

other than the completition of our first song on our first anniversary i guess the other great part of the day was that even though i have never seen cheryl before, we could still laugh and talk with not much awakardness. all the 'huh wad things' and 'hars?' just break the ice. what can i say, we are a bunch of bandedpeople. =P

hey hey band, i'm back.

another week to our big 10th month, well, i hope we could do like, something?
rarrrrr, i'm just wondering how everyone's been doing.
im not exactly like updated on everyone's life.

Simple Plan music gets abit too boring on the feed, the more you hear it by the day, the more you can sober and yawn. But still, they might wanna compensate us over the GoodCharlotte cum SimplePlan concert that was supposed to happen in 05. Better pray they will wna come back and fucking perform.

Those who missed out on The Bravery in 05 should regret, even I myself. Rumours got it that it was not that bad afterall.

die liow. mxtabs not working, and its the place that i always go find my tabs! went online and searched but stil got some people say that its working and some like me complain that its not. maybe they got filter, and filter out people who are from pro bands?

school gona start for all of us liow. hopefully we stil can go jamming on the weekends or any other special day. things are starting to shape up for the collaboration between us and Green Sneakers(which i thought the name was Green Socks). the girls even did a recording on the song! looks like just a matter of time before the final product takes form. hard to fit in leh coz im the onli 1 wearing pants there. haha that day said hi to some of them too but kana rolled eyes at :(

2day din go jammin as planned. it was so malu must cancel the booking plus kana complained 1 hour late when we called. lolz mayb next week den?. hey hybrid-faction its time to get serious n put some commitment into this kkz. ther are people out there that knows bout us and this is not just about our face (mian zi) bout something much more deeper than that.

being enthu aint bout askin you to everyday gather together everyday and practice like mad. jus make some time for the band and practice 2gether at a constant pace and its all cool what. have some sense of belonging please people we are all in Hybrid-Faction. it doesnt belong 2 anybody else, 100% ours. make or break it we do it. think big - the "someday" that we get invited 2 ply at some local event or even at Esplanade aint far away you know. pioritise things, 1st. studies 2nd family 3rd band whatever you want. im sure it will help.

before ending off i just wana gif ur something to think about - you want Hybrid-Faction to go far or 1day get disbanded. both also possible.

okay currently, im mood swinging, very badly.

BANG! yo people wake up. new drummer in town =). guan here. kinda glad join hybridfaction. really. at least now my love for drums can take on a better form and live on earth, which if you all don't understand is to make hybrid go somewhere someday. it's a big and unidealistic dream but hey why not? you might just go crazy over this "all girl band" 5 years later. woohoo i hope.

trying to make my 1st post something worth looking back over and over again but so far i suck at it la. i guess i just have to say what i want to say out loud. i've seen bands and friends fall apart, and good talented people rust and fade who were once the makers of the magic that makes the world goes round. hey hybrid girls, we don't have to rush our music, no pressure on practice, but promise me we won't go to the band compactor and get buried six feet under ok? no matter what all i would like to see is we live it out to the max.

Dated 24th Sept 2005.

Day of Jasper's burial, according to ryl, with his black guitar and a big elmo.

Day he came to look for me(putting it in tihs way). Freaky incident.
Woke up from nap bout 1 hr plus on the sofa, rather fresh. Whole body went numb, can't move a single bit. Was tired like fuck. Then, i heard him play the guitar. Just beside me. But i can't move, i can't sit up to look if it's really him. Wanted him to play Master of puppets. This whole guitar thing lasted for bout 1min and so. It ended with the sound fading softly. And i was fucking tired. Went back to sleep, dreamt of our dear bandmate. Rather clear. We chatted on some stuffs. Helped him sign in to his acct on msn(in the dream). didn't last long till i woke up.

This whole post isn't eloborate. He just came.
May he have frequent visit to our bandmates, have a chat.
May God bless that Jasper has a great life up there. amen.

So here's what we've been discussing so far. We're wondering if Jasper can join us. 'cos we need someone talented to help produce tabs and so. If he can, he'll be most probably the lead guitarist. If not, I was told by ryl that he agrees to be our teacher as in help us with our stuffs. so yea. =) I'm set on taking the drumset, a great passion all of a sudden. Celebration next Thursaday for 4th monthsary. Things aren't confirm yet. I'm most probably working this year end to earn $$ for the band. yup. That's all for now. hey band. seems damn long since i posted here. ok, back to business. exams are coming. urgent meeting after exams, so choose a date. found someone who can be part of us, but he doesn't seem to be back into a band. i'll try to persuade him to help us, tho he say unless there's another guy. another of my friend, she's good at poetry(of course words) and learns guitar, interested in bass guitar, but she say she doesn't know how to play the bass guitar so she doesn't want to join us. think she can help to create songs too. suggestions? cat high people, seems out of reach. they seem to have lots of banded people there and quite few of them who aren't part of their own band and are interested. so yeah~ do your best for exams peep.
